VBG-Mining is working on Constant Basis together at several levels.
 
  As Realtor, Vicente Galindo has been referring Architecture business to Mr. Lorenzo for all New Contruction Design Projects.  VBG-Mining has worked with All the Principals Stated on our "About" page at different Levels, from referrals to support Client Information Sources, Guide Clients to understand How Real Estate Transactions have be done when they are in Process to Purchase a Lot and Build Their home (while working with Lorenzo Lopez).   Today, VBG-Mining-has developed Strong Business Relationship of Trust between all the Principals listed and members now of our Company.  

What are abilities?
 Our Company is Capable and Presently doing the following:
 I.  Facilitate full Architecture Support to Rehab and or Build New any Definition and or Type of Residential or Commercial property.    We can also Provide full Contractor Licenses Services with our Partners Bo S. who has designed, build, financed, and sold over 70 Mansions in the Northern California Area.  We can and will synchronize  the Feasibility Studies Required to Acquire and Upgrade All Cash Flow Properties.
 
II. Established are Vendor Credits for up to $1M per Store by our Suppliers.  Vicente Galindo Owned under Seller Financing Sunny Market  Live-Oak, CA in 2000 and Our Associate Benjamin Gonzalez Owned Carniceria 2000 from 1998 to 2006 and sold over $3,000,000 retail out of 4,500 sq ft a year.  Benjamin Gonzalez has served as Consultant to his Family who own over 9 supermarkets at this time under the Carniceria Lopez Stores in Sacramento to the Bay Area in California.  Within this Family Circle of Supermarkets many employees can be hired to support all our Supermarket Purchases.
 
III. Our Company under the Hands of Vicente: Galindo has the experience in the handeling of Dangerous and Hazardous Materials which were acquired from 1983 to 1997 working for Companies Aerojet (Explosive Mix Tech & Propulsion Systems Qualify Control), Corning (Dioxin Analysis & Research), Mobil Chemical (Plastic Bag Manufacturing), Ragu (Tomato Paste Research to help the Company Re-Establish Market Share), and of Course from 1998 to present Full Time Realtor & Lender Background.
 
It is why this background allows for us to say that we are competent to handle any level of Gas Station Purchase and Maintenance when concerned about Environmental and Safety Issues.
 
IV.  The Pictures showed to the left are projects Completed Per Contract given by Mr. Lorenzo Lopez. Some of his clients requested only Preliminary Design Set, Some asked him to take the Roll of Senior Contractor as well as Project Manager and Projects were built out.  In our Team is strong and ready to Assist Lorenzo on all Feasibility Studies and Contractor work Mr. Bo S.   He has in his Procession over 70 sets of Residential Plans  & Pictures Registered and Approved by the County of Sacramento, CA that he can share with any New Venture Capitalist working with :Vicente-B: Galindo  Mr. Bo is well versed to take any Residential Project from Inception to Key-in-hand to clients.  VBG-Mining is currently working with him Locating Financing Options for his projects and clients.

He has reviewed and made offers to over 10 Gas Stations and 4 Supermarkets just in the CA State.  All under our Control are calculated out to produce 15% to 50% Net Profits per Year.  He has reviewed Property Specifics, Cash Flow Analysis under CCIM Guidelines the Taxes for Operating Businesses.  :Vicente: Galindo works under United Realty Group at 100% Commission and Licensed for Business Opportunities, Commercial Property Purchases, and all Residential.  He has Taken Short Sale and REO Compliance Protocols and has closed many under those circumstances.  He has also successfully educated on the Purchase and Operation of Gas Stations, Multi Residential,  Supermarkets, and other Mix Use Properties.  The Platform to Acquire, Review, Close, Perform Feasibility Studies for Upgrade Against Prime Markets, Manage and Bring to Success proud Cash Flow Results.   VBG-Mining  will deliver All Property Details including Previous Income History and a Upgrade Pro-forma to improve Future Income to all JV Venture Capitalist Funding Our Transactions.
