Lorenzo Lopez - Both Plans, Pictures with full Disclosure of Addresses and Referrals have will be delivered in Excel Spreadsheets to Venture Capitalist Interested in Qualifying our Group Capacities.  Lorenzo, Designed, was Sr. Contractor, and Project Manager to the Buildout of New 750 McDonalds Mexico such as Acapulco, Guadalajara and Mexico City  from 1990 to 1999.  Further, many others in USA and Canada such as  Soto Street, East Los Angeles, CA;  State of Pennsylvania: St. Louis, Missouri; Santa Maria, CA; Pomona, Ca; Quebec, Ontario, and Vancouver Canada.  Mr. Lorenzo is not only a close member of VBG-Mining but really almost a family member for both Vicente Galindo and Lorenzo Lopez has seen each other kids grow up for the past 8 years.

h) Marketing Implementations to Increase Sales Strategies
i)  List of Employees and Managers with Experience Running Potential Purchase
j)  VBG-Mining. will work with Venture Capitalist in Cash Control Protocols via direct or 3rd party Accounting Firm participations such as Earnest Young
k) Full Commercial Real Estate Contracts & Seller/Buyer Legal Disclosures closure via United Capital Escrow Liability Insurance both to Real Estate Company and Escrow Company Exist.
